Two dental appointments are required for porcelain veneers. During the first appointment, a small amount of enamel is trimmed from the surface of your tooth. A mould is made and sent to a dental laboratory so that the custom veneers can be made. On the second appointment, the veneers are cemented onto your teeth. Veneers are an excellent long-term cosmetic option and are resistant to staining.
